How long does production take?
Most pieces are prepared in about 2-3 weeks after size or measurement details are confirmed.
Do you offer made-to-measure?
Yes. Eligible pieces can be made to measure for USD 50. You share Bust, Waist, Hip and Height before production.
Why is XL priced higher?
XL uses more fabric and production handling. The price is shown automatically when XL is selected.
Do you offer free shipping?
During launch, standard worldwide shipping is complimentary for eligible orders over USD 180.
How can I trust a new brand?
FAIFO uses secure Shopify checkout, transparent production timing, fit review, customer photo proof and Judge.me verified reviews as real orders begin shipping.
Can I return a made-to-order item?
Returns and fit support are reviewed according to the confirmed order details and measurement information. Contact us quickly if something is wrong.
