Clear timing before production begins.
FAIFO pieces are made to order in Vietnam. We keep delivery, duties and fit expectations clear before payment and before the atelier begins work.
Made-to-order timing
Most pieces require about 2-3 weeks before shipping after the size or measurement path is confirmed.
Duties and checkout
Available shipping options, destination duties and taxes are shown through Shopify checkout where supported by the active market.
Returns, remakes and fit support
Because FAIFO is made to order, returns are reviewed case by case according to the order, product condition and measurement information supplied before production.
If a production issue or measurement review issue is confirmed, our team will help with the most appropriate solution: adjustment guidance, remake review or store support.
Made-to-measure covers measurement review within the original design. It does not include unlimited redesign, fabric replacement, rush production or major style changes unless separately approved before checkout.
