FAIFO ("FAIFO", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website faifo.vn and sells made-to-order resortwear internationally. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, place an order, or contact us. Order and contact details: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number.
Made-to-measure information: body measurements (bust, waist, hip, height) and fit preferences you provide so we can produce your garment.
Payment information: processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Order history and communications: products purchased, correspondence with our team, and any reviews or photos you submit.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring links, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information and our legal bases

To create, produce, ship and support your order and to tailor your made-to-measure fit — to perform our contract with you.
To communicate about orders, answer enquiries and provide customer care — contract and legitimate interests.
To improve our products, website and service, and to keep our site secure and prevent fraud — legitimate interests.
To send marketing or show relevant ads where you have opted in or where permitted by law — consent or legitimate interests; you can opt out at any time.
