Returns & Refunds

We want you to love how your FAIFO piece fits. Here is how returns work for made-to-order resortwear.

Made-to-measure & customized items

Pieces ordered in Made-to-measure (customized to your measurements) are crafted uniquely for you and are final sale — they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Standard-size items

Standard-size pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed with original tags attached. Return shipping is arranged by the customer. Once received and inspected, we refund the item price to your original payment method (original shipping is non-refundable).

Exchanges

Need a different standard size? Contact us within 14 days and we will help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your piece arrives faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right — repair, replacement, or full refund including shipping.
